Information we process
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we may process:
- Your name, work email address, organization, and role
- Project stage and the handover challenge you describe
- Any optional message you provide
- The type of inquiry, such as a demo, pilot, security, or integration request
- Submission time, source page, and a correlation or reference identifier
Please do not include confidential project information, credentials, sensitive personal information, or document links in the public form.
Technical and security information
When you visit the website or submit the form, INFRATEK and its service providers may process:
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP
- Browser, device, operating-system, and User-Agent information
- Timestamps, request metadata, source page, and technical logs
- Security and abuse-prevention signals
Cloudflare Turnstile may process client-side signals such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, site key, and associated origin to identify and block automated traffic. INFRATEK receives the Turnstile verification result and related validation metadata needed to accept or reject the submission; describing this result as pass/fail does not describe all signals processed by Cloudflare.
04
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Review and respond to demo, private-pilot, security, or integration inquiries
- Understand your organization, project stage, and handover needs
- Protect the form against spam, bots, fraud, and abuse
- Deliver inquiry notifications to authorized INFRATEK personnel
- Troubleshoot delivery and security issues and maintain ordinary business records
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
Submitting the form does not create a product account, organization, membership, or product access. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Service providers and sharing
- Vercel hosts the marketing website and may process request, network, browser, device, approximate-location, and operational log information.
- Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical and security signals to protect the inquiry form from bots and abuse.
- Resend processes email addresses, message content, delivery metadata, and related technical information to deliver inquiry notifications.

Analytics, tracking, and cookies
As of the last-updated date, the public marketing website does not load advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.
The website and its providers may use technical storage, network signals, or strictly necessary mechanisms to provide the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security. If we add analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.
07
Retention
INFRATEK retains unsuccessful or inactive lead inquiries in its Google Workspace business inbox and any INFRATEK-controlled copies for up to six months after the last interaction. We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for an active business relationship, legal obligations, security investigations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
At the end of the applicable retention period, authorized personnel delete the inquiry from INFRATEK-controlled business inboxes and other controlled copies, subject to backup cycles and legal holds. Service providers may retain information under their contracts, documented retention practices, backup schedules, and legal obligations.
08
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information processed, including server-side validation and abuse-prevention controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The public form is notification-only and is not intended for customer project documents or other sensitive content.
09

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy protections in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country.
This public website is currently directed to business users in the United States. If INFRATEK begins actively offering services to, or monitoring individuals in, jurisdictions that require additional disclosures or safeguards, this policy and the applicable practices will be updated before that activity begins.
